Claire is an excellent, very patient teacher. I really like the focus on conversational French. Learning by doing is the best way to learn. Also because of the relaxed style we are comfortable giving it a go. The classes are very interesting and I don’t feel the time going by! I am surprised at how well it is working over zoom. Also I am not putting myself under any pressure as I am doing this for fun!

My son really enjoyed this summer camp and he now feels more confident with his grammar. He liked Caroline’s way of teaching, using games and making it fun. Nothing can beat the buzzer! Thank you Caroline!

Was very informative with what I need to focus on for the written exam. I now have richer language I can apply to my answers. Giving me loads of new vocabulary and common grammar mistakes. I now know what examiners will be looking out for in exams. Such a nice teacher who was very helpful and kind !!

Would definitely recommend the classes too help with your studies.

Caroline gave us the space to plan out our own answers and it didn’t feel like we were spoon fed as well as making it fun with different exercises and games. Really happy with the course, exactly what I was hoping for and had everything I need for the exam.

My teen enjoyed her classes with Caroline, and reckons she learned stuff as well! I tested her and her pronunciation has definitely improved. I reckon she learned more French this week that in her first year in school. Definitely worth doing!

I love my French classes! there is a great group and Caroline always has interesting exercises and fun things to do to keep us chatting! Caroline is “trés” patient…(even if I ask the same question 3 times!! 🤦‍♀️) and every class has something new to learn. Would recommend Rendez-vous highly.

The class I attend is for adults. It is a small group and is run by Caroline in a very professional and creative way while still being fun. There are lots of opportunities for interaction and when necessary Caroline corrects and guides in a very supportive way. As a result my vocabulary, my conversational ability and my reading in French have really improved. I have searched over the years for a good French class and this is absolutely the best.

I have been attending French classes with Caroline for several years now. Caroline is an excellent teacher providing fun lessons with interesting up-to-date topics and vocabulary. We have recently been doing online Zoom classes which went very well. We also have a book club which keeps us engaged with French literature past and present. Having a native speaker is a real gift. I would highly recommend Caroline’s French classes.

Everything was explained and taught really well and I learned so much.  I liked the way the camp was exam focused and I got great practice with my oral and written pieces.  I’m much more confident and motivated to study my French now.
