Enrolment:
Participating in a course organised by Rendez-vous français is possible provided the enrolment
form has been filled in completely and the course fee has been paid before the start of the course.
Cancellation policy:
Your registration for a course is subject to the statutory reconsideration period for distance sales.
You can cancel your registration without charge within 14 days of the moment of registration,
provided that you do so at least a week before the start of the training course you have registered
for.
If you cancel a training course you have booked less than a week before the start of that training
course, the course fee will remain payable in full.
Rendez-vous français reserves the right to cancel any training course in the event of insufficient
registrations or groups of fewer than three participants. In such cases any course fees already paid
will be refunded in full.
One-to-one classes need to be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the class. If cancelled less than
24 hours in advance, the class will be due.
Workshops (such as intensive day course, camps etc.) need to be paid before the start of the
workshop. If cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop, full refund will be made.
If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, fees will remain payable in full.

Conduct:
Rendez-vous français reserves the right to dismiss any student displaying unacceptable, including
without limitation, discriminating, racist, sexual, aggressive or other inappropriate behaviour to the
reasonable opinion of Rendez-vous français, at any time, without the Student being entitled to any
form of refund, compensation or damages.

Reductions:
Rendez-vous français offers two types of reductions, available to the students when they enrol.
• Family discounts of 10% apply to the second, third and fourth child on a booking. Family
discounts apply to registrations made at the same time within the same booking, and cannot be
applied retrospectively.

Privacy:
Rendez-vous français highly values your privacy. We will not provide your personal information to
third parties. We do reserve the right to send you a brochure, newsletter, or other communications
by email from Rendez-vous français occasionally.

Modifications:
Rendez-vous français reserves the right to modify the payment and cancellation policies at any
given time.
